Inebriated sketches

Got drunk with a few friends a while

ago and decided to draw under the 

influence. Planning on painting a few

later in between projects. 

Buffy: The Vampire Slayer

Friend of mine inspired me to do

a quick painting. With all the buffy

I've been watching I decided to try

my hand at painting her. About an
hour and a half of painting.

Head Sketches

After class I went over to the local coffee

shop with a few friends and drew for a little

while. I'm still figuring out what characters

I'm going to draw and how I'm going to 

draw them, but they are getting more and

more tangible.

Gethen: Winter

Started Painting a few of the ideas

that were floating around in my head.

These look more promising than the

other study, but I still have a few weeks

to really develop this. None of these 

are finished, just colored scribbles.

Stayed up later than I should have

playing around with how to paint 

certain things and trying to figure 

out how it would look.

Haven't posted anything today

so I thought I would post a 

quick ideation. I have a few

more that I'll develop a bit

Tangled assignment

Our assignment was to take an already

completed animated film and create our

own characters and paint them into one 

of the scenes. This is young Flynn Rider

and his friend. I didn't paint the background.

Caricatures

A few character updates from last week
and some studies for my upcoming project.
I'm working on creating some characters
from a book called The Left Hand of Darkness
by Ursula K Le Guin. Still a long way to go, but
I liked how these were coming out. 

Second Update

Uploading a few other sketches from last week. 

had a lot of fun, did a lot of drawing, but now 

back to the real work. After a cup of coffee of course.
